 I
was born on a ranch in northern Wyoming, and graduated
from the University of Wyoming with a BA in Education. After
marriage to my husband, a retired attorney of a 27 year long practice,
we moved to the Vail area in 1973, where we have since resided,
and established Stockman's Land Exchange (SLE); the company
originated as a farm and ranch brokerage, but in the ensuing
years expanded into the sale of condominiums, residences,
and estates, as well as country property - it is one of the
oldest firms in Eagle County. After teaching school, raising
three sons, and working in my husband's law practice as his
legal assistant, I became the managing broker and owner
of SLE, and during the past 16 years, have been otherwise actively
engaged in all phases of real estate brokerage on
the western slope, in particular, the Vail valley. In the process
of my educational endeavors, I have acquired post
graduate certifications from the Graduate Real Estate Institute
(GRI), and Master of Real Estate (MRE), and have obtained designations as a Certified Residential
Specialist (CRS), as well as from the National Association of Realtors
and Colorado Association of Realtors.
As the owner and full time managing broker of SLE,
I have its assets and services (Vail and Aspen/Glenwood Springs MLS) at my disposal to provide
you, the prospective client, the expertise and most current
information on the real estate market in the Vail, Beaver Creek,
Avon, Edwards, Eagle areas, and outer lying environs of Eagle, Garfield and Routt Counties.

and that precept also characterizes the spirit that I
bring to this profession. I will strive to acquaint you
with the salable market in its entirety, and further provide
the follow-up services that are so necessary for you to make
an intelligent and educated decision into whether or not
to pursue a property; and then if that course is taken, I would
bring to bear the ministerial assets of SLE in order to foment
a satisfactory and successful acquisition that you, the client,
expects and certainly deserves.
